  • 7% employer 401K contribution and 3% profit sharing

Yes, we believe in sharing NEID’s success with the people who helped make it happen.  No employee contribution is necessary for the 401K contribution and vesting is 100% from your first day of employment.  Each year employees receive 3% profit sharing as well.

  • Generous time off

With vacation (3 weeks), Federal holidays (10 days) and sick days (one week), our employees receive a total of six (6) weeks paid time off.  Other types of time off include:  bereavement, military, and jury duty leave.

  • Employer paid benefit premiums for employee

For our full-time employees, we pay the following insurance premiums:  health, dental, vision, group term life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.  Plus, employees receive a contribution, in the amount of the annual medical deductible, into a Health Savings Account (HSA). Very generous!

To keep our employees’ skills sharp and current, we offer our full-time employees up to $5,250 in educational reimbursement each calendar year.
